L3 Oracle DBA with RAC / Performance Tuning exposure (m/f/d)

TASKS
  • Manage and support Oracle Exadata environments as a subject matter expert
  • Administer RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Infiniband, and storage cells
  • Perform health checks, migrations, patching, and upgrades
  • Monitor and optimize performance, ensuring high availability
  • Handle backup, recovery, and data protection
  • Provide 24×7 production support and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams
  • Automate DBA tasks using scripting tools
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL-based change and release processes
KNOWLEDGE
  • 10–12 years of Oracle DBA experience with 6+ years on Exadata in production environments
  • Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and Grid Infrastructure (CRS)
  • Proven skills in performance tuning, SQL optimization, and high-availability database management
  • Hands-on experience with backup, recovery, and migrations (RMAN, Data Pump, Export/Import)
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager and Unix platforms (Linux, Solaris, AIX), including scripting/automation
  • Exposure to enterprise environments with ITIL-based change/release processes and 24×7 support
