IT Technical Project Manager Oracle Database (m/f/d)

TASKS
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute plans for Oracle Cloud transformation
  • Implement technology components and associated processes
  • Serve as Agile Scrum Master with development and database technology expertise
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence
  • Establish governance structures and monitor schedules, milestones, and critical dependencies
  • Manage risks, issues, resources, and stakeholder engagement, including progress reporting
KNOWLEDGE
  • 10+ years’ experience in project management for development and infrastructure projects
  • Experience managing Oracle database security projects and working with CyberArk, Oracle DAM, Oracle databases, and Oracle Enterprise Manager
  • Proven track record of delivering projects using Prince2 or PMBOK methodologies
  • Strong leadership skills, able to lead virtual/global teams and share knowledge effectively
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, conflict management, and communication skills; fluent in English, German a plus
