TASKS
- Security Onboarding & Integration: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement security controls (access, encryption, certificates, secure configuration) and ensure compliance with CSO standards.
- Audit & Compliance: Gather evidence, prepare documentation, and support internal/external audits. Identify gaps and coordinate remediation.
- Oracle Database Security: Design, implement, and review security controls; perform vulnerability assessments; troubleshoot security issues in Oracle databases.
- Project Management & Delivery: Manage multiple onboarding initiatives; track progress, resolve dependencies, and report risks to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, and Security teams; communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or InfoSec; certifications like CISSP or Oracle Security preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in database security, compliance, or security engineering.
- Strong expertise in Oracle security (hardening, encryption, auditing) and knowledge of other databases a plus.
- Experience managing security controls, audits, and compliance initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Tariff-bound contract (GVP)
