TASKS
  • Security Onboarding & Integration: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement security controls (access, encryption, certificates, secure configuration) and ensure compliance with CSO standards
  • Audit & Compliance: Gather evidence, prepare documentation, and support internal/external audits. Identify gaps and coordinate remediation
  • Oracle Database Security: Design, implement, and review security controls; perform vulnerability assessments; troubleshoot security issues in Oracle databases
  • Project Management & Delivery: Manage multiple onboarding initiatives; track progress, resolve dependencies, and report risks to stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, and Security teams; communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
KNOWLEDGE
  • Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or InfoSec; certifications like CISSP or Oracle Security preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in database security, compliance, or security engineering
  • Strong expertise in Oracle security (hardening, encryption, auditing) and knowledge of other databases a plus
  • Experience managing security controls, audits, and compliance initiatives in enterprise environments
